Refeed bar system
The function of the refeed bar is to push any remaining product on the surface of the outer shell back into the perforation, thereby the non-perforated area of the outer shell is cleaned.
The seal, used in the refeed bar to achieve an optimum result of an uniform contact pressure, is applied over the entire width of the outer shell.
With the two pneumatic cylinders, which can be subjected to different pressures independently from each other, a uniform contact pressure can be set. As a result, normal manufacturing tolerances of the fitted components can be compensated.
