We are hiring a Sales Manager in Turkey to:

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Visit customers on a regular basis to keep them up to date on IPCO’s technologies and solutions
  • Strictly follow IPCO and customer’s safety and quality requirements
  • Call on engineering firms, industry leaders, plant management, presidents, CEOs, etc. to promote and sell IPCO’s full line of products
  • Write reports and maintain company CRM program customer information
  • Order handling in ERP system
  • Prepare offers, handle orders and follow up the same
  • Recommend solutions to customer’s needs through IPCO’s new equipment, retrofits, upgrades and service solutions
  •  Coordinate local service operations& technicians
  • Coordination of internal departments to create a quality proposal and solution for the project at hand
  • Negotiate technical and commercial contracts
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities
  • Effectively sell industrial process equipment and meet or exceed annual quota
  • Assists the agents in the development and implementation of marketing plans, Provides timely feedback to the market manager regarding performance
  • Travel is required

Qualifications and education

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong technical and commercial negotiating skills
  • Ability to read, interpret and analyze scientific and technical journal, financial reports, and legal documents


  • Minimum 7 years of experience with technical sales
  • Detailed technical understanding of industrial processes
  • Internal and external contact interface and communication skills
