An effective and easy to operate tool for on site repairs of steel belts. The clamping fixture consists of a pair of frames made of special steel.
For repair-welding, the clamping tool is used together with one or two different sets of clamping plates, depending on the type of job. The plates are tightened to the belt by means of screws attached to the frame. The frames are clamped to the belt with suction cups. A minimum air pressure of 3 bar is required for the operation.
