Our traditional century long strength sized to match extruder through-puts. Effectively cooling and flaking (kibbling, Chopping) laminated processed powder paint or coating. making them micronizing ready.

PCCB Steel Belt Cooling Range

Our PCCB option are stainless steel, minimal maintenance, user friendly powder coating water cooled units that safely laminate extruded material through water cooled calendar rollers onto a water-cooled stainless-steel belt, where it is conveyed for flaking. The closed loop filtered treated water system keeps the system safe and clean for continuous operation. The entire units are motorised to travel forward allowing ease of cleaning. All elements like reservoirs and pipes move with the cooler avoiding breakages. An adaption to the mobile cooler is the option for a mobile calendar, if desired.
