Volkswagen and ACMA hosted a first virtual Sustainability Pitch Event held 12th July with participants from VW Group in Germany and from other countries where VW’s 8 car brands are manufactured. Primary focus for this event where the products or processes that enable sustainability in composite materials. These include decarbonization, light weighting, carbon neutral / negative composites, and LCA, ESG and End of Life factors.
IPCO was selected to present the company’s unique range of process technologies for the efficient production of sustainable high performance composites for the automotive industry, systems that can be combined to deliver efficient, end-to-end production solutions for a wide range of sustainable, thermoplastic composites materials.
