Last week the IPCO “Share to Grow” Event 2022 took place in Högbo / Sweden. Three days wrapped around knowledge, collaboration, communication and new ways of working. 60 colleagues from all around the globe participated at this internal event after such a long period of “none meetings”.
Robert Hermans | CEO was the opener of the event, followed by a panel discussion with the Global Management Team. We were also very delighted to had the external speaker Frederik Härén there with a motivational speech about “Creativity”!
Location of the 2nd day was Forsbacka – IPCOs future headquarter. Focus: sharing knowledge in 6 different Networking Cafés.
The “Share to Grow” Event 2022 ended with revitalizing of IPCO Vision & Mission. Introduction was made by Madelene Kärvin Nilsson & Linda Ahlqist – member of the Global Management Team, developed by all participants.
It was a very fruitful event with great input and interaction of all participants – a big thank you again!
