Our patented ProRelease system is a spray system that uses a unique spray bar design with built-in nebulizer technology to apply an extremely fine mist of release agent onto press belts. This targeted approach ensures that only the necessary amount of spray release agent is used, minimizing chemical waste and optimizing belt performance.
The spray nozzles are positioned along the spray bar to ensure homogeneous application of the industrial release agent. Compressed air is used to create a consistent spray pattern, while a secondary air supply keeps the nozzles clean for continuous, optimal performance. The system’s enclosed chamber further prevents spray release into the workplace, reducing contamination and ensuring a cleaner working environment.
