The application of a release agent in the form of a spray ensures effective removal of pastilles from a steel belt. However, maximum efficiency and most economical use of materials depends on mixing a precise ratio of water and release agent. The IPCO ProMix system automates this process.
This compact system ensures that mixing of the release agent is optimized at all times, delivering a precise, constant ratio for maximum efficiency. This online mixing system operates automatically without the need for a high voltage power supply*. Together with our new ProSpray system, this advanced technology delivers precise mixing and exact dosing/spraying.
*Optional: electrical heating for outdoor locations/cold regions, power supply of 230V AC needed.
