The IPCO ScatterPro BX system provides a reliable, precise and highly productive solution. Using innovative geometries and component design, this unique system enables agglomerating powders – often clay-like in consistency with a tendency to clumping – to be distributed in a constant, uniform layer.

A world first in dry process manufacturing
This is the world’s first – and currently only – scattering system capable of processing these sticky powder materials, and represents a significant breakthrough in dry process electrode production.

Safe processing of abrasive materials
The entire system has been designed to provide safe handling of the type of abrasive materials used to produce cathodes and anodes. Rugged construction and special materials, finishes, and components eliminate any risk of contamination to the end product.

We can supply ScatterPro BX systems in widths from 200 mm to 2000 mm (wider on request), enabling solutions for everything from research facilities to full scale production. Production rates are typically between 50-100 kg/hr per 100 mm of width, depending on the material being processed,
