Belt Grinder
Handheld belt grinder for smoothing out cross welds on press belts to ensure minimum deviation in thickness and flatness.
Using this tool it is possible to achieve a smooth surface with minimal thickness deviations, even over large areas. This is of particular importance in applications where heat conductivity is a major factor.
The belt grinder provides an effective solution for new belt installations and following repair work such as disc inserts. Adjustable safety devices at the ends of the belt grinder prevent the driving wheels from digging into the steel belt material during grinding.
