Effective 18 March Håkan Buskhe, CEO of FAM AB, has been elected Chairman of the Board of IPCO AB. Håkan has a solid industrial background including positions as CEO of the Swedish aerospace and defence company Saab Group, CEO of E.ON Nordic and CEO of Schenker North.
Staffan Bohman is, in line with the plan, leaving his position as Chairman of the Board as well as the IPCO Board of Directors.
“Staffan has done a fantastic job during the first stage of creating an effective stand-alone group out of IPCO. I am truly looking forward to work with the Board and Management of IPCO to develop the business” says Håkan Buskhe.
