High Throughput
For long run high volume throughputs consider – the thoroughly cooled PCX Extruders with screw diameters of 45, 55 and 65mm with barrel lengths of 29 L/D (recommended) or 25 L/D. – then for cooling options the lines can include easy to maintain Steel Belt Cooler (PCCB) or fast and compact Drum Cooling (PCCR)
Large Batch Production
Medium volume or large batch runs needing quick change over capacity wide range of options include, – 33,40 and 45 screw diameter PCX premium extruders with barrel lengths of 29 L/D (recommended) or 25 L/D. – 45, 55 and 65 screw diameter with 25 L/D barrel lengths SCX commercial extruders.
Small & Lab Batches
Small batch to laboratory needs with, – PCX22|29+PCCR350x300 and – SCX22|25+LCC respectively.
